Do You Hate Winter and Dread Monday?

If you hate winter and dread Mondays, you might need a little dreary-day cheer today. Maybe you are just S.A.D. and need a little more sunlight and exercise.

Honestly, sometimes I just cope with winter, but I do much better now than I did a few years ago. Here’s what’s helped me:

  • constant prayer

  • exercise

  • reduced sugar

  • time with friends

  • listen to upbeat music (dance with your kids)

  • worship (even when you don’t “feel it”)

  • vitamin D & B, 5HTP, omega-3 fats, magnesium

  • laugh (watch a favorite comedian or tell your kids silly knock-knock jokes)

 

 

 

 

 

Remember, springtime always comes.
